Laura C. Horlock - Partner Laura Horlock has been practicing civil litigation in Atlanta since 1991.  Her focus throughout her career has been on community association law and litigation, creditors’ rights and collection law, real estate based litigation, mortgage fraud litigation, business based litigation, employment law, employment discrimination, personal injury and tort law. She has broad experience in federal and state courts. Ms. Horlock is active in the community, having served as an officer and on the Board of the Directors of the Junior League of DeKalb County and having served on the Board of Directors of the International Women's House.  Ms. Horlock has served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the DeKalb Bar Association, and has served on the University of Georgia Younger Lawyer Alumni Committee. A life long resident of DeKalb County, Georgia, Ms. Horlock earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia and her law degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
